They're not able to read my emails This is the most frustrating aspect. I wrote an email to inquire about the pet and was provided with a 3 month sub to confirm. First , they tell me they don't provide this service. Then they reply that they do not have any information about Siels Aura items.

It was an entire group, we all were in the same place at the same time. However, leaving the instance to submit hairpin quests is thought to be as a violation, then running back into the ..... but everybody does this. So it can't be that I'd think. So, I wrote them and received a copy n paste reply from them. We aren't even prepared to look into their mistake. It's really sad.

It's not true at all. This is a copy/paste answer that they're offering anyone, even those who didn't do anything else than a normal SR hairpin runs. I know of a person who was not on the internet for a week and was banned for this. The most likely thing they did was examine people who quit and returned to SR several times, and mark the users as banned using an automated process and not even bothering to determine if they were questing legitimately.

Finally, someone finally told me the reason for my ban. Beware, using SteelRake and completing the HairPin quest can result in you being banned if you do it in several times. This was what I did in the LFG group I was a part of. We would take on the mobs and collect our 12 hairpins, then go to the shugo and then turn into the quest, then head back in Steel Rake and continue on with this method. This is how I as well as most people did back in 2009 when the game was first introduced. Didn't realize this was an exploit?! I then contacted them, asking if this was an exploit or it is a false negative from their side. According to me, this isn't an exploit and is it by design? Anyhow, be careful when you're doing this using the hairpin quest.

While Aion Classic has a bigger base of players, it's still not a great deal in the way Aion retail plays. There were just six players at one point last time I checked. Aion Classic was the one of the combat patches that was most loved by players. This is due to its animation-oriented combat system, and the fact that certain classes' identities haven't been affected by the power creep. Aion Classic does have 1 hour free play although it's not much but it means that you can still play a bit if you must stop your sub (and If you have to stop your sub then that prob signifies that you're busy enough to play for a long duration of time).

Are there any distinctions in graphics, gameplay or player base? I've played one character until level 8 on the F2P edition and would like to know if Classic is worth the price. Is there a pros and pros of each? That would be fantastic!
